Space Dust impacting a Mylar® Sheet.
CTH was used to do a simple analysis of a 10 micron piece of space dust impacting a mylar® sheet. The dust was traveling at approximately 18,000 mph. The goal of this simulation was to determine if the particle would penetrate through the mylar sheet.
